1. General information
1.1 Frenos s.r.o. is fully aware of the importance of the protection of personal data and has taken note of the rules of procedures related to the processing of personal data in the company's separate and delegated competence in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council ("GDPR").
2. Legality of processing
2.1 Frenos s.r.o. processes personal data solely in accordance with the legal grounds set out in the GDPR, only to the extent and for the time necessary. The purposes of the processing of personal data and the period of processing are recorded by the company for each agenda in the analysis according to Article 30 GDPR.
2.2 Only authorised persons have access to personal data in the performance of their tasks and duties.
2.2.1 In the case of employees, this step is set out in the system of delegation and the relevant contract.
2.2.2. For other persons cooperating, confidentiality is protected by the contract governing the relationship between the controller and the processor (processing contract, agreement on working with personal data, confidentiality agreement, etc.).
2.3 Where the company intends to disclose personal data in accordance with the GDPR, for example on a website, it will always assess the appropriateness and scope of such disclosure in advance.
3. Processing conditions
3.1 Frenos s. r. o. processes personal data only in the following cases:
3.1.1. the data subject has given consent to the processing of his/her personal data for one or more specific purposes.
3.1.2. the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or for the implementation of measures taken prior to the conclusion of the contract at the request of the data subject.
3.1.3. The processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller or processor is subject.
3.1.4. The processing is necessary for the protection of the vital interests of the data subject.
4. Technical and organisational security measures
4.1 Frenos s.r.o. has implemented the necessary technical and organisational measures:
4.1.1. These rules are observed and communicated to all employees and co-workers of the company.
4.1.2 All documentation containing personal data is secured in documentary form in premises that are locked and to which only authorised persons have access.
4.1.3 All documentation containing personal data is in electronic form and secured on protected computer equipment.
4.1.4 The company has a record sheet on which it keeps a clear record of the keys to each premises where personal data is processed or stored.
4.1.5 Only authorised persons have access to individual files containing personal data in accordance with the internal authorisation system.
5. Use of contact forms
5.1 There are two forms available on the Company's website, under Careers and Contact.
5.1.1 The Careers form is used to submit job offers and is used by individual candidates. In this form, you must provide your name, surname, the job you are applying for and your e-mail address or telephone number. At the same time, we require a short message from you and, if necessary, you can include supported attachments in the form. We process this data for the purpose of registration and the possibility of including the applicant in the selection procedure. We keep these data for the duration of the selection procedure and subsequently for one year after the selection procedure has ended and for the purpose of possible contact. The candidate is informed in advance of the processing period and hereby gives us his/her voluntary consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.
5.1.2 The Contact form is used for submitting offers of cooperation or for general contact. In this form, you must provide your name, surname, e-mail and telephone number. At the same time we require a short message from you. We process this data for the purpose of contacting the interested party or as a form of answering any questions. We keep a record of this data for the duration of the request and subsequently for a period of two years. If you do not wish to fill in this data, please contact us using our email address or telephone number available on the website.
6. Final provisions
6.1 The personal data processing policy is valid from 1 July 2023.
